About Steven Rose

Born and raised in the crowded streets of Los Angeles, I moved out to the Arizona desert to find the love of my life and raise two wild kiddos. While I miss the hell out of the evening marine layer that would cool off even the hottest day, I didn’t leave behind my fanaticism for sports. It’s crazy to think that I wasn’t a hockey fan even when the Kings had Gretzky, but after experiencing my first Arizona Coyotes Playoff White Out I was hooked!

My love for all sports grew as my career progressed from creating websites into strategizing solutions that would personalize user experiences. I find symmetry between the sports fan experience and delivering a delightful user/customer experience that solves for the team/business needs.

I believe that every user touchpoint is an opportunity to have a conversation with your prospect/customer. To create an omnichannel experience that aligns all those touchpoints, collaboration is required. No one person can be an expert in all areas, but a team of experts aligned toward the same goal can create valuable experiences. I enjoy leading teams that will roll up their sleeves and dive into the data with me. We work through the problem statement, analyze the data, identify and then implement a lean but scalable solution.

Building personalized experiences that move people to action is a challenge well worth the effort. The focus and care necessary to create a cohesive omnichannel personalized experience will be rewarded with an expanding funnel of influence and a raving fan base.
